Please help us resurface Peebles tennis courts so we can get more people playing, regardless of age or ability. This will be an asset to the community and visitors - outdoor activity is fun and promotes physical and mental health and well-being.

1 in 6 people have some hearing loss and often can’t enjoy a full theatre and cinema experience. We are committed to wider accessibility and want to install a system to allow hard of hearing, and sight impaired people to enjoy performances.

Peebles and District Men’s Shed are bidding for funds to equip a wood and metal workshop and social space, where members can gather, engage in meaningful activity to improve physical wellbeing and thereby reduce social isolation in the Community.

We are looking for the funding to assist with our venue hire for the next year. A Homecoming Event will start our centenary year to coincide with the end of the Beltane Festival. We hope that LBF will allow the art to be taught for years to come.

Celebrating Walkerburn's heritage, pictures of the mill interior at work and local wildlife will be painted into the window openings of the mill on the A72, improving the village appearance and creating a focal point for residents and travellers.
