The Edible Garden is a community garden run by volunteers, teaching all aspects of growing, food waste, reducing landfill and our carbon footprint. Providing access to healthy produce to improve diets and health. Linking in with the local school/clubs.

The Hawick Welcome operates from May to September with Hosts greeting visitors and inviting them to stay, explore, and enjoy the many attractions the town offers.

The community garden supports people to grow vegetables, share skills and promote healthy living. A composting toilet is essential to enable local people with health conditions to participate in fun and friendly outdoor activities without discomfort.

Providing access to a sensory garden area, an obstacle course and fitness equipment suitable for all ages. The facilities will enable families to exercise together, throughout the year to benefit all of the community to relax and have fun. 

Bright Start Borders needs your support! We are a small child care organisation seeking to start the Bright Start Jollies programme. This will provide music, dance, art & sport sessions for our Toddlers & After School clubs plus School Holiday trips!

Under the leadership of the late Mollie McIntosh we have worked tirelessly to keep our doors open. The roof now has nail sickness and needs urgent repair. Without a roof there will be no Hall and without the Hall our 28 user groups will be homeless.

To create a short, level connecting path beside the Tweed to bypass two large sets of steps, enabling easy access to Haylodge Park from the town centre for wheelchair users, those with prams and the less able bodied to enjoy the park and the river.

Selkirk Coding Club aims to deliver a fun and engaging computer coding program to primary school children and local community groups. The bid will allow the purchase of essential hardware to equip the club.
